Do You Love Me?

If you meet someone, but instead of really seeing who they are, you come up with a vision of them that is much nicer, happier, and super sweet. Do you really love them?

Considering, that your vision of them isn't them, I think the answer is obvious.

Do you think it is any different for your "relationship" with God?

If you hide from scriptures that conflict with your comfortable "vision" of Him, do you really know who He IS?
