Not A God

"If you eat this you will be like God"

This is a lie.

"If you believe this you will be like God"

This is also a lie...from the same source. It is in fact, the same lie.

"If you have faith in Jesus, you will be accepted by God.

This is a true statement.

Acceptance equals salvation, even though you are never good enough.

You will never be like God, other than "like" Him in how you treat others.

Otherwise God's power and glory are His alone.

With God's authority we may be able to do the works of God, but they are always that...the works of God.

You will never be God. Neither will I.

This is a very good thing...trust me.
