It's Actually Really Easy

Jesus was both God and Man.
This is a big deal, and it was absolutely necessary for God's plan to complete, or finish the requirements of the Law.
The Law of Moses was a blood covenant.
In a blood covenant, two parties would share vows of the agreement in front of an official, and then walk together in-between, a cut in half, sacrificed living creature.
While passing between, each party would declare something prayer-like "may it be unto me as this creature, if I break our agreement...or covenant."
As a vow, which God takes rather seriously, He would hold them to it by honoring their request. If someone broke the covenant, death or judgement was His response. It is what they asked for.
Now, the covenant was until death. Like in the marriage covenant (yes, which IS a blood covenant), it meant "until death do you part". In the marriage, we still pass down the isle, between two sides of people, after agreeing to the vows.
It was...and is, very serious.
For the covenant of the Law, God made the vow with the nation of Israel. The offer was salvation from death and a blessed life...if they kept the vows, or the terms of the Law.
They could not, because only God could actually live a life that was perfect in the Law.
God did this because of mankind's first sin. The desire to become like God. It was believing and accepting the lie of the serpent. They rejected trusting God and trusted something less, because they wanted to be in control.
A lack of faith in God, set us all on a path to death, or separation from God, on an eternal scale. The terms of the covenant.
Jesus, being God in Spirit, but a Jewish man in flesh, was both sides rolled into one.
A theory, that I agree with, is that Jesus, because He was born of a virgin, did not carry the genetic curse of the Law (death) which might be passed down through an earthly father. If this is so, Jesus, living a perfect life, because He was God, and completely able to do so...would never have died. He had to be killed for Him to die.
Out there? Maybe, but it does make sense considering the complexities of salvation and eternal life. It makes sense of the need for a virgin birth.
So Jesus, being both God and Jew, was under the covenant of the Law. He fulfilled it, and then died finishing it, or completing it.
Now, He is the sacrifice for a new covenant. One we pass through Him. One that God vowed to save man. One that all we need to do is trust in Jesus, the representation of God in time.
Our trusting in Him is the direct opposite of the reason, and actions, for the original sin...wanting to be perfect, like God, and not trusting Him.
Now we accept our failure to be perfect, ask for His grace and forgivness (the terms of the new covenant).
Faith in God through Jesus Christ is the way back. It is repentance. Submitting, by faith, to His rule, His authority, Him being the only one who is perfect.
This is not hard. He made it all rather simple. There is nothing more to do other than submit to Him, and follow with all your heart.
He will guide.
Yes, I keep repeating these concepts, these truths. It is my purpose for breathing now. It doesnt matter if anyone is listening reading, or hearing. I do it for Him. He teaches, I just repeat what He says.
It's an easy job.
