Not Good Enough to Be God

Hebrews 11:4

4 By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead.

It has always been by Faith, never works!

Abel did not bring a better sacrifice because it was animal and not plant.

Why, Why, Why to teachers constantly run to works as a means for acceptance by God?

The Law and all our difficulties are in place to point us to Christ. We need Christ because He is God and we can never be.

"If you eat this you will be like God." Action to ascend is a lie.

He alone is perfect.

He alone is God.

God never made us to be perfect. Faith, faith in Him, will change what we do because we trust Him.

If He says taking a day off once a week is good for us, we will.

If He says adultery is bad, we won't.

If He says self-sacrifice is good, we will.

Faith drives action naturally, it never elevates, because the reason we do anything good is Him...not us.
