Peace Beyond Understanding

The kingdom of God and it's power does not come because of your will, it comes because of your faith. Faith in God, His authority, His power, His will and His control.

"Thy kingdom come, thy will be done"

The King rules those who are submitted to Him. Those who don't trust and submit to God's authority will not walk in the power of His kingdom.

"Not my will but yours be done"

Waving your hands, speaking special words is more like witchcraft than operating in faith.

Galations 5:19-21

"Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy, drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I want you, as I did before that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God."

If you believe you have any power, you are not submitted to the King.

If you manipulate and fight to change your circumstances, you are not trusting God, His power and control.

If you can't find peace in all circumstances, you are not submitted to the King. You will not see His power.

Rather, trust God and obey Him because He knows what's best. If you do these things, you WILL experience the power of the kingdom of God and the added benefit of peace that is beyond understanding.
