What a pretty picture!

God doesn't need you to do anything for His Kingdom.

He is God, all He need do is speak something into existence.

It is a honor to speak for Him and serve Him, a privilege. It isn't because you are better, for He could easily gift another, much greater than you.

You can't miss, or mess up His plan, for you are nowhere near that powerful. Jonah couldn't, Judas didn't, Satan won't...no one can.

He is God, no one else is.

Until you understand and accept this, you are just elevating yourself.

"If I don't do this, no one else will!"

"This ministry will fail without me!"

"It's because of my vision!"

The only reason you are good at anything is because God makes it so. Alternatively, the reason why others are not as good is the same...and The Author can flip that script anytime He wants.

Want to do something great for God? Good! Simply ask Him. If He wants it, it will happen. If He doesn't, it won't. Your job is simply to trust Him either way.

Proud about what you have done for God? If so, then you have missed the basics of faith, and what you've done is meaningless.

We are God's workmanship, not our own, and not others.

You are either a tool the Master is using to make a work of art, or you are the art.

Don't be a tool.

Be the art.
