God is Love

That is true, but that is like saying Water is Tea.

God is more than just Love. God is also Justice, Judgment, Wrath, Anger, Joy, Pain, Sorrow and pretty much everything else.

God is vast. And if our view of Him is so small that we only view Him from the more comfortable expressions, then we really don’t know God at all.
