Cast it Aside

Christian, you see the deception happening among liberal folk.

How they feel more than think.

You talk about it, complain about it, and hopefully pray about it.

I ask you though, are you not doing the same thing with God's word?

You don't really read it.

You trust others, who are considered important by many, to explain it to you.

Isn't that what young liberals do with worldly knowledge?

Yet, you like what is comfortable, just like they do.

Pre-trib rapture?

Have you read Revelation 20?

How about 2 Thessalonians chapter 2. Paul clearly says it's at the last trumpet.

Do you know there are 7 trumpets before the end? That makes the 7th trumpet the last. You really should read it. It does talk about the resurrection of the dead...after the 1 through 6 trumpets bring destruction upon the earth.

Yes, I know it is comfortable to think you won't have to struggle. But if you are still living when the end comes...you will.

Yes I know, many "famous" "important" preachers and authors told you you will not have to suffer, completely ignoring that Jesus already said you would!

God is in control, yet you don't believe it. Why is that scary to you?

I think it is because you don't really know him.

Don't you realize that Faith is tied to knowing God?

You can't trust who you don't know.

Please, please read that book.

Just like the young liberals, you feel sorry for, have been lied to, so have you.

Feeling not based in truth, will only lead a person astray. Faith based on knowledge leads to truth.

"If you continue in my word, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

IF you continue in his word... It doesn't say if you continue to listen to Pastor Reverend Impressed By All...

Yes, you can ignore me, it is your choice and I don't have a tv show, radio program or a book that I have authored...but neither did those unlearned and ignorant fisherman who God himself chose to tell his message.

Paul was the only one who was impressive before he found Christ.

And he threw that aside.

Because, he knew the book.
