Getting a Fresh Perspective

If you want to know God, really, really know God, you must throw away all worldly knowledge and knowledge of self, and start fresh from His perspective.

Otherwise your preconceived ideas and comfortable positions will pollute the truth of who God is and what He wants.

If you don't, you will worship a God of your own invention, and find yourself, in the day of testing, fighting against the very one you claim to serve.

This is exactly what the enemy wants.
