He is Too Nice to Me

Dispised, or treated as unimportant, by almost all of my pastoral leaders, rejected by so many employers that I have lost count, wading though consistent failure and disappointment, left hanging by many who should have been brothers in Christ, given over, by God hiimself, to humiliation by family, the church as well as the world; the fact that he has put me here next to this beach and a spoken word of encouragement to me personally every now and again - none of all of the garbage matters.

The God of the universe, Jesus Christ, loves me and I love him.
