Not so Free

If God is limited by your “free will”, then He is not truly in control.

How could He get you that better job if the hiring manager chooses to disobey?

How could He raise you up in ministry if your pastoral leaders don’t like you, which in itself is disobedience?

He couldn’t. Yet, He can get you the job or raise you in ministry, anytime He wants.

Jonah chose to disobey, yet even in his choice he served God’s purpose, perfectly. His “freewill” was irrelevant. If Jonah’s choice was truly a limit to God. Nineveh would have been destroyed without a chance to repent.
