The ONLY Judgement

It is rather silly that I keep writing and talking about the same thing. Faith alone in God, through Jesus Christ. It is the only way ANYONE is saved from eternal destruction.

He IS the only way.

It's silly, because all I'm doing is reiterating what God has already written in that book starting thousands of years ago. The salvation message is told directly to Cain in Genesis 4:7 by God Himself!

It's all over that Book!

In Revelation Chapter 20 at THE judgement, books are said to be opened. In the books, are written the works each person has done. Everyone will be judged by them.

One additional book is also opened, the book of life. The only way to have your name written in that book is faith in the finished work of Jesus.

In Revelation 20, ALL who's names are NOT written in the book of life will be cast into the Lake of Fire, the second death. The other books are irrelevant.

No one's effort will ever save them.

Still, I see constant posts, not about how the unsaved, and newly saved need to seek Jesus to get, and grow, faith, but rather a certain action, or belief that everyone MUST do to truly be saved!

Galatians 5:13-23

13. You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature ; rather, serve one another in love.

14. The entire law is summed up in a single command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."

15. If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.

16. So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

17. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want.

18. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under law.

19. The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;

20. idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions

21. and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

22. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23. gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Against such things there is no law.

Living by faith, living by the Spirit, is to walk with love and kindness, not judgement. Adding requirements of the law is done just to elevate ourselves. These arrogant demands have cause a great deal of rudeness/hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy!

Enough with the elevating, arrogant, I'm better than you because I _____, garbage!

Even the memes posted are rudely dismissive to those who don't agree.

Have you never read in Galations 5 and all the other chapters and books where Paul addresses the Judiazers, who were demanding that the new believers had to be circumcised according to the Law?

He doesn't speak of them kindly...

The Law is good, but it was given to point us to Christ by showing our need! The whole bible makes this statement all through it.

Galatians 5:6-10

6. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.

7. You were running a good race. Who cut in on you and kept you from obeying the truth?

8. That kind of persuasion does not come from the one who calls you.

9. "A little yeast works through the whole batch of dough."

10. I am confident in the Lord that you will take no other view. The one who is throwing you into confusion will pay the penalty, whoever he may be.

The Law IS fulfilled by Christ. We are no longer under it.

It is finished...unless of course you still want to ascend, want to be above, like God? If so, the Law will show you you can't!

So, you may have the Sabbath on the right day, but you still have lust in your heart! If you want the Law, as Paul says, you are now obligated to complete it all!

Yes, knowing Christ doesn't make it any more possible to complete it. Only Faith can do that.

Think you are better because you pray more, read scripture more, fast more, celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday, study apocryphal books, believe Jesus came back already, don't celebrate pagan holidays, dont eat meat sacrificed to idols, or are even properly circumsized? Do you, believe you are better, or more saved because of anything?

If so, you may not be saved at all.

Acceptance from God is by a faith in Jesus, given by grace. Not by ANYTHING we do.

The Law, once it has pointed us to Christ has done it's work. It is not needed other than to point us back when we start to believe we are ascending again, by effort.

Turn back I say! Repent! Trust in Jesus, not some preacher, Church Denomination, video, or book series.

It is not hard to find Jesus, and He doesn't want anyone to make it harder. Who are you to add to the work of Christ by telling anyone what they must do in addition to just a simple faith!?

Ascending above anyone is what Satanism is. Jesus descended beneath everyone to lift some up.

Be like Jesus!
