Waiting for a Conversation

God is not waiting for us to "get it", figure it out, or grow enough to understand. God is God. He is not some man-like God described by the Greeks. God is power. God is knowledge, or rather God is information. God is the one who is in control. The one who is capable.

Look, at anytime He wants, He can talk to anyone of us out loud, or in a manner we could clearly understand...whether we want Him to or not. So if you want to hear God speak, all you have to do is stop, acknowledge, and listen. Even then, you will only do that if God wants you to.

Yes, He is in control. If you want to talk to God, really, really want to. It is likely that He gave you that desire. The actual communication, in a fashion that you can accept, is on Him. After all, we are nothing.

Why would God be waiting for us to "get it" when we are so obviously clueless. He is the one that fully has a clue. This would imply that God is not talking to most, because He doesn't want to. This is why there is no real interest on their part.

So, if you want to hear God, then know that it is very likely that He is planning to talk to you. The time and place are always on the one in authority. He is authority. All we need do is wait and listen.

It is a great honor to know that the God and creator of all things, desires to talk to you.
