Will He Find it?

If events can happen that God does not intend to happen, then God is not in complete control.

If God is in complete control, but chooses to allow a man's or angel's decision to oppose His will, then He fully intended for them to do so. Of course, if it is intended, then the circumstance or decision was in fact in His will.

Logically and biblically, all events are in God's will...good and bad.

God is God, man is not, and never will be regardless of what the devil says. We, and Angels, will never have that kind of power.

All circumstances and decisions are within God's control. You can deny this, but then you will never really know God. How can you trust a God if he is not all powerful? If circumstances can happen outside of His will, there can be no guaruntee for salvation, let alone anything else!

Faith comes from getting to know God, just like it does for trusting in anything else. God is good. Good is defined by Him, not by us and our very limited understanding of how things should be. This takes faith, which of course, comes from a successful effort to know God.

Yes, we want good things, but if God brings bad things, we have an opportunity to grow in Faith as we struggle with our understanding of God and wrestle with His reasons why.

Or we can believe God is not in control and blame something else.

Keep in mind, never once did God pass the blame to the devil in the entire book of Job. He just told Job to trust Him, which Job did. Thus Job was listed as a man of faith.

When Jesus returns, will He find Faith on the earth?
